November 18-21, 2025

Why visit Keiron at Productronica

From November 18–21, 2025, Keiron is taking center stage with LiFT — our revolutionary, fully digital, contactless precision solder paste printing technology that eliminates stencils and nozzles, works with standard solder pastes, and integrates closed-loop quality control for zero defects. LiFT sets a new benchmark in precision and efficiency, helping manufacturers transition from high-mix, low-volume to high-volume production without compromise.

At our booth, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • See LiFT printer and software demonstrations

  • Talk to our experts about integrating LiFT precision solder paste printing into your production line

  • Discover how Keiron is redefining the SMT printing process and ask your questions

Whether you’re looking to improve yield, cut costs, or future-proof your manufacturing, Keiron at Productronica is the place to start.

Meet the Keiron HF2 LiFT Printer

Over 70% of PCB assembly defects are caused by the solder paste screen printing process. Why compromise?

The Keiron HF2 LiFT Printer is an advanced solder paste printing system, designed to revolutionize the way solder paste is applied. Unlike traditional stencil or jet printing, LiFT uses a fully digital, contactless process, ensuring high-precision, repeatable results without the limitations of consumable-based methods.

✅  Flawless accuracy prints down to the nanoliter level

✅  100% perfection through built-in SPVM (Solder Paste Volume Metrology)

✅  No stencils, no cleaning, no waste

✅  Optimizes efficiency, reducing changeover time, increasing quality

At Keiron, innovation is at our core. We’re at the forefront of industrial LIFT printing technology, pioneering advancements that will reshape the semiconductor, consumer electronics, automotive, and healthcare industries.

Join us at our headquarters at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven and be part of game-changing innovation. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.

Why Keiron?

  • Cutting-Edge Innovation: Be part of a team that's driving breakthroughs in high-tech industries.
  • Growth-Oriented Culture: We value learning and experimentation, so whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned expert, we’ll support your development.
  • Collaborative and Respectful: Our inclusive, team-first environment fosters mutual respect and values your contributions.
  • Exciting Projects: Work with state-of-the-art technology in a dynamic environment, including lasers, cameras, and more—all controlled through a PC-based architecture.

Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the production of critical core modules internally while managing relationships with system suppliers responsible for manufacturing and assembly of our LIFT (Laser-Induced Forward Transfer) printing equipment. This dual-focus role bridges external supplier management with hands-on involvement in the production of high-precision components integral to the system’s performance.

You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of internally produced modules with externally manufactured components while driving quality, efficiency, and innovation in both domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving Design and Production with DFX Principles: Work with internal and external teams to apply DFX principles, making designs easier to manufacture, assemble, and test. Share insights between in-house production and suppliers to improve designs, boost quality, and keep everything aligned with performance and scalability goals.
  • Process Oversight and Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate supplier manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with specifications and performance standards and conduct supplier audits, review production metrics, and drive corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve internal manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, precision, and scalability.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with system suppliers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, quality expectations, and delivery timelines and act as the primary technical liaison to address and resolve manufacturing challenges at supplier facilities.
  • Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Share knowledge, communicate effectively, and foster a positive and productive team dynamic to achieve our common goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in both supplier collaboration and in-house manufacturing of precision components and strong understanding of quality assurance, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Hands-on mentality: Experience with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of high-precision systems.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary plus additional benefit package
  • Access to cutting-edge technology and research.
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
  • A supportive, team-focused environment with room to grow your career.
