Keiron Technologies and Eurocircuits unite to deliver automated “by-design checked” programs for the Keiron LiFT precision solder paste printer HF2.
Eindhoven (NL) / Mechelen (BE) — 24 October 2025
Keiron Technologies, the Eindhoven-based pioneer in digital solder paste precision printing, and Eurocircuits, the European leader in PCB prototyping and small-series assembly, have partnered to bring a new level of automation, intelligence, and precision to LiFT SMT based process preparation.
Together, the companies are developing an intelligent programming environment for the Keiron LiFT Printer that integrates all relevant process parameters to eliminate design-related defects before production begins and achieve the highest possible first-pass yield.
Keiron’s LiFT (Laser-Induced Forward Transfer) technology enables contactless, fully digital solder paste deposition — any pad, any volume, anywhere, any size — with nanoliter precision.
By linking this capability with Eurocircuits’ Golden Library, containing nearly half a million verified components and manufacturing part numbers, the partnership enables the automatic generation of fully optimized LiFT print programs.
This integration builds on Keiron’s proprietary software suite, including its Prep Tool and open API platform, which enable customers to seamlessly import design data, validate process parameters, and automatically generate verified print programs within the LiFT ecosystem.
Every pad receives the right deposit, in the right place, at the right time — ensuring perfect assembly quality and reliability by design.
Benefits for OEMs and EMS providers
This partnership empowers electronics manufacturers to:
- Rapidly access ready-to-use LiFT print programs for every new board design;
- Achieve higher yields and shorter setup times;
- Reduce operational costs while improving EBIT-performance.
