Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily office operations, providing proactive support to the Sales & Service team, and managing day-to-day HR activities. As a Software Engineer TwinCAT3, you will be part of the Software Engineering team and take primary ownership of PLC and motion control software development using Beckhoff TwinCAT3. You will work closely with colleagues across Software Engineering, System Integration, and Service & Support to design, build, and maintain the control software that powers our LIFT printing system.

This role is key to ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and quality.  

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-oriented Service Engineer EMEA to support and maintain our advanced industrial printing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing our equipment at customer sites and internally.

You'll act as a key link between customers, production, and engineering teams, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise with problem-solving and communication, offering a dynamic environment with both on-site and remote support responsibilities.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Engineer to lead the support and maintenance of our advanced industrial printing systems. In this role, you will independently manage complex installations, system commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, and high-level service activities at customer sites and within our organization.

As a senior team member, you act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, serving as a key interface between customers, production, and engineering teams. You proactively identify recurring issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to product and service enhancements. This role combines deep technical expertise, ownership of critical customer escalations, and strong communication skills in a dynamic environment with both on-site and remote support responsibilities.
