We use this information to evaluate your suitability for positions within our organization and to communicate with you regarding your application status. If you are not selected for employment, your personal data will be deleted within 4 (four) weeks after the completion of the application process, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between you and us. Marketing Communications

Website Visitor Identification
We use Leadinfo (https://portal.leadinfo.com), a website visitor identification tool, on our Website. Leadinfo identifies the companies that visit our Website by matching their IP address against publicly available and commercial databases, and provides us with company information (such as company name and business contact details). We use this data to understand which organizations are interested in our products and services and to support our business development and marketing activities. Because the IP addresses and associated information may constitute personal data, this processing is subject to the GDPR. We rely on legal basis 4 (our legitimate interests) for this processing, namely our interest in identifying and reaching potential business customers, balanced against your rights and freedoms. 5. Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:
- To analytics providers and website visitor identification providers (such as Leadinfo), who process data for the purpose of website analysis, improvement, and identifying visiting companies;
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, or respond to claims or legal processes
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your data may be transferred as part of the transaction
- We currently engage the following categories of service providers who may process your personal data on our behalf: (i) our CRM and email/newsletter provider HubSpot, which hosts data within the European Union (Germany); (ii) our analytics provider Google (Google Analytics 4), whose infrastructure may involve processing of data outside the EEA; and (iii) our website visitor identification provider Leadinfo, which uses Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) as its hosting sub-processor. We may update our service providers and sub-processors from time to time and will keep this Privacy Policy up to date accordingly. When transferring outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions as determined by the European Commission, are in place.
