As a Customer Service Director EMEA at Keiron, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of field-based engineers (FSEs) and office-based representatives (OBRs). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our service functions.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring the Keiron solution to life for our customers, ensuring our systems consistently achieve the highest standards of performance, functionality, reliability, and quality.
This position may also require occasional on-site visits to client facilities to foster relationships, including some travel to customers across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Working together with others towards a collective goal. Continuously working to achieve results and focusing on continuous improvement of services and (internal) processes.
- Investigating and effectively responding to (internal and/or external) customers’ needs and wishes
- Offering thorough financial reporting to the management and manage the department with P/L responsibility to ensure to reach the agreed KPI’s.
- Supporting HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage the office operations including storage of spare parts and efficient scheduling of the team of customer support engineers
- Take ownership of challenges and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Manage the design and execute comprehensive training protocols to ensure that our users can operate the Keiron system according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with your own team and the user’s team to validate the equipment’s performance within assembly workflows, ensuring an efficient and robust production process, meeting objectives.



Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor degree
- A background of Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support operation, preferably in high-tech industries such as laser systems, electronics, or automated production.
- Solid understanding of Hardware systems and validation techniques, with experience in testing and troubleshooting complex hardware/software systems.
- Experience with SW for system control and integration, as well as familiarity with automation software and protocols.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

- Experience with Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA)
