
Finance Manager
Job overview
As a Finance Manager at Keiron, you will join the management team. Transitioning out of an interim role, you will drive the company’s financial maturity. Your primary responsibility will be to co-lead our Series B fundraising round while building and steering world-class finance operations to support the company’s rapid growth.
In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary leadership team to secure the financial future of Keiron, ensuring that our funding strategy, financial operations, and insights align with our growth ambitions and long-term goals.
Occasional travel may be required, including visits to investors or key stakeholders across Europe, to support fundraising efforts and strengthen strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead fundraising for Series B alongside the CEO
- Design/implement robust finance operations: ERP, BI/AI tools, automation
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and milestone tracking
- Provide financial insights to support commercial negotiations
- Develop TCO and CAPEX models, supporting strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow, runway planning, cost-saving initiatives, and growth finance needs
- Contribute to shaping business strategy through detailed financial analysis
- Work cross-functionally and advise C-level peers and founders



Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years demonstrated ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategy.
- Experience with equity financing, including Series A/B fundraising and investor relations.
- Strong command of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A), as well as accounting principles and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, Dutch GAAP).
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical support capabilities
- Hands-on & mission-driven mindset

- Experience in a high-growth environment requiring sound financial risk assessment and scenario planning.
