VP Sales and Support North America

As a VP Sales and Support North America at Keiron USA, you will work alongside a talented team of professionals in sales and support playing a critical role in selling, delivering and maintaining our advanced industrial laser-based printing systems.

Your responsibilities will include building and managing the sales and service organization for the North America region, aligned with Keiron's growth targets.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring the Keiron solution to life for our customers. Your expertise will be essential in delivering top-tier solutions that exceed customer expectations.

This position also entails on-site visits to client facilities, requiring occasional travel across the Northern America region. You will work closely with your entire team to drive successful sales and ensure smooth system integration and operation within their production environments. In this role, you will receive support from the Marketing Director (HQ) and their team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working together with others towards a collective goal. Continuously working to achieve results and focusing on continuous improvement of sales, services and (internal) processes.
  • Investigating and effectively responding to (internal and/or external) customers’ needs and wishes
  • To execute the Go to market plan for Northern America
  • Responsibility of selling added value with team buying and team selling approach
  • Ensure high quality pipeline management to ensure the objectives will be reached
  • Establish long lasting strategic relationships
  • Build and hold a winning strategic sales approach with a focus towards the collective goals with the norms and values of Keiron
  • Grow within the expertise to be a leading authority in the market

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A proven track record 10+ years of experience in high performance and support teams in preferably high-tech industries such as laser systems, electronics, or automated production.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Account management based on co-creating approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset & highly skilled negotiator.

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA)
  • Broad network in the industry on C -level
