The appointment comes as Keiron accelerates its global expansion — growing its organization across Europe and building out new organizations in the United States and APAC. As a member of the management team, Bouman will bring the people function into the company's strategic decision-making and build the organization needed to sustain that growth, from hiring and onboarding to performance management and company culture, across every region Keiron operates in.

“I’m incredibly happy that Laura is moving into a role with even more responsibility to help sustain our growth for the years ahead — especially as we grow our organization in Europe and build out our organizations in the US and APAC,” said Paul Rooimans, CEO and founder of Keiron Printing Technologies.

“I’m grateful for this opportunity within Keiron,” said Laura Bouman, Head of People & Culture at Keiron Printing Technologies. “I started here a few years ago when the company was around five people. Today, we’re close to forty, and I’m proud and honored to help support the next phase of this company’s growth.”
